At BiharJi (Krispya Food Solutions Pvt Ltd), we are committed to delivering the authentic taste of Mithila right to your doorstep in the safest and fastest way possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully.
1. Shipping Coverage We currently ship to all major cities and serviceable pincodes across India. We use trusted courier partners (such as Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, etc.) to ensure safe delivery.
2. Shipping Charges To ensure your roasted Makhana products reach you without damage, we use premium protective packaging.
- Standard Shipping: A flat shipping and handling fee of ₹199 is applicable on all orders, regardless of order volume.
- Promotional Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (e.g., ₹999) or during special sale events. This will be clearly visible at checkout.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving payment confirmation.
- Dispatch Days: Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Gaya, Bihar, on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
4. Estimated Delivery Timelines Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:
- Bihar & Neighboring States: 3 – 4 business days.
- Metro Cities: 4 – 6 business days.
- Rest of India: 6 – 8 business days.
- North East & Remote Areas: 8 – 12 business days.
5. Order Tracking Once your order is handed over to the courier partner, you will receive a Tracking ID via SMS and Email. You can use this ID to track your package on our website or the courier partner’s portal.
6. Delays While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like severe weather, strikes, or logistical issues. Krispya Food Solutions Pvt Ltd is not liable for delays caused by the courier partner, but we will assist you in resolving any issues.
7. International Shipping Currently, we do not ship outside India.
